Add these rules to the FlowMoments Event Creation form after the questions have been created.

If Guest name mode is Anonymous, only allow Message only and Google Form. Set Show collected names to No.

If Submission content allows or requires a photo, only allow Fillout and do not allow Anonymous.

If Guest submission system is Google Form, only allow Message only.

Only show Consent statement when Ask for display consent is Yes.

Only show Custom font file when Wall title font or Message card font is Custom uploaded font.

Only show Photo wall presentation when Submission content allows or requires a photo.

Validate all colour fields as a six digit hex colour.

Accept WOFF, WOFF2, TTF and OTF for Custom font file.

Accept PNG, JPG, JPEG and WebP for Event logo and Wall background image.

Keep Fillout submission ID and submission time. Send each completed response to one Google Sheet row. Use the exact question titles as column headings. Keep empty optional values blank and keep the original uploaded file URLs.
